Hi a3 8p parking aid is faulty when i select reverse i get a warning beep any ideas diy i hope thanks

get it scanned with VCDS which will tell you exactly whats wrong with it. its probably just a sensor but you can't really tell which one it is

It always does a short beep when reverse gear is engaged but if there is a fault it does one long beep and then doesn't beep at all when reversing.
