Upgrading my head unit to a satnav unit

I have a 2010 black edition A3

Just wondering if my existing radio head unit is a straight swap for a satnav unit ? Is it easy to take out ? What tools required to remove existing radio unit? Any extra leads I have to get ? Any problems people occurred ?

Satnav unit off eBay I'm after is a

Audi RNS-E Navigation Plus Multi Function Display
