Turbo noise on cabriolet 1.8t Quattro, loud.

Hi

I have a 2005 cab, 1.8t quatto.

My turb has started being loud,
especially when on boost, a loud woosh noise

any suggestions what it may be ?
split hose, boost leak or something more serious ?

something is letting noise out now that wasnt before so a split pipe or intercooler would be a good start. Have you had any work done recently?

As swarcup states I would be looking for split pipes/intercooler, & another possibilty is one of the big boost pipes has come off.
