Replacment satnav units compatible with Bose

Im interested in upgrading my standard satnav unit as the original is showing it's age now and isn't touch screen. I've asked a few sellers on ebay and on all the units I've asked about they say it's not compatible with the Bose system. Has anyone got a unit that supports the disc changer and Bose system? Any good recommendations or what to avoid ?

I'm always a bit weary of Unbranded electrical but this does look tempting. I asked about getting a sony unit fitted and it was £350 for the unit and £150 for the fitting

You do get lots of "Goodies" with these units & they seem to be a straight swap with an adaptor lead. Reversing camera is cool, you can even access the internet with a dongle!
