Are a3 brake pads the same size as s3's

Hey guys sorry for posting this if it's somewhere but I cannot find the answer anywhere.
I am trying to do the 312 brake upgrade to my tqs and I am wondering if the pads are the same size as the s3, I know the calipers are the same you just have change the carriers and disks, but I don't know about the pads,

Yes they are the same

Thanks jay, I thought they were but I wanted to make sure before I forked out on ds2500s that are listed as a3s
