audi 8p instrumental cluster

Hi all.
im wondering if anyone on this forum does work with cluster repairs as ive faulty unit(speed gauge needle sits at 0 all time) even ive ran VCDS and done check on cluter(demo) eerything responds fine apart mph gauge

i got 2nd hand cluster and seller has provided vin/chassis number im wondering if i can retrieve skc number from my dealer using this chassis number for this cluster?

btw how can i retrieve my own skc number(faulty cluster that is in my car at the miNute)
