Engine Problem, please help

bought car couple of days ago noticed this sound on cold start up its has timing belt changed at audi at 56k then had oil service at 77 and now due another. But i don't see why this is happening after timing belt has been replaced and as only done 30k since.

Need help from those of you with audi experience dnt want to damage engine

You'll need to get it scanned with VCDS or at Audi to see if any fault codes

My guess it'll be along the lines of fuel/ignition as it's erratic and uneven

Had the spark plugs changed recently? Or could be a coil pack, a number of things really best to get it checked out. As good as the video is it's so hard to diagnose noises, even in person they could still be had to find the source

Had mechanic check thru diagnostic no current codes were showing except codes that had come up in the history of the car. Car is over due a service by 5000k according to trip computer on dash so I was looking to get sparks oil air filter and and engine oil for service at 86k.
You can hear it in video until it settles dont know if oil is sitting at bottom of pan and is lubricating initially on cold start up for the first 3 mins then settles to the normal noisey injector engine that it is.
