Picked ours up on Saturday,

2.0t quattro. I've never had anything like this in my life (unless you count a mark 1 astra gte:busted_cop: )

Amazing car.

Just looking for a few pics of the same car with German style plates on to see wether I should go down that route!!!

Took a few pictures of the interior on the phone while waiting for the GF in yesterdays rain. Silver Metalic with beige vienna leather and carpets... fairly unusual I think.

Here is some pic of my a3. I just fitted the sline front and back bumper and repainted the whole car. Now I just have to get some coil overs and then I am totally satisfied whit the car.
Let me know what you think about it.

Looking good eddie! Where did you get the mesh you used for the fog lights?

First time on this forum... from the other side of the pond.

Thanks, I did... but I got these put in a year ago, before I found out I could get my hands on a set of DRL's. Right now my priorities are to get the suspension done first, followed by exhaust and than any other cosmetic stuff that I might like.

The car definitely needs to be lowered. The S-Line springs in North America are somewhat higher than the European ones. I will either try to source some of those or just go with the Stasis CO's...

have you looked at H&R, they do a set of spring which will lower your car 10mm, so it should be similar height to the s3 or you can get H&R or eibach spring which will lower it around 20-30 mm, depends if you want to keep bit more comfort or go for looks!

Well the main reason why I wanted to go with the euro s-lines is because it wouldn't void the warranty. But I heard today that apparently some of the Eibach springs won't void warranty either. What I am actually aiming for is the perfect balance between looks and performance. After taking the car to the track (and subsequently having to replace the rear brake pads today, after the pads separated from the backing at 35K on the car ) decided that some H&R sway bars are in order too.
