Hi all,
I just picked up my 'new' Audi A3 Sportback on the weekend!
She's a 55 plate dark grey 1.9tdi sport, to say I'm pretty happy is an understatement!
Great on fuel, looks nice and smooth to drive!
After buying our 1st house last November, Our Freelander 2 had to go, managed to get a nice 51 plate v5 golf pretty cheap through work but decided to kill it last month... which was a blessing really as it was awful on fuel and I really wanted something Audi!
With my dads influence (he has a beautiful A6 diesel S Line) and my jealousy! A couple of long trips to Louth later (from London) and she was all mine!
She even passed the dreaded 'Mrs test' - room for a pram- check! room for her guitar- check! so it's a keeper!
Will have to upload some pics when I get round to taking some...
Plans so far are;
Sort out the audio! hoping for a sat nav, factory bluetooth
cruise control (totally miss having this!)
maybe multi function steering wheel
upgrade the interior and exterior bulbs
need to sort out the cambelt/ do a big service
maybe some 18's
I have been lurking around over the past few weeks, taken a lot of inspiration from all your cars and hopefully will get something as nice or close enough!
