Hi guys. My name is Dwayne. I'm from Johannesburg in South Africa. I currently own a 2006 B7 2.0T S-Line. I purchased it in Sept 2013 after previously owning a 9n3 Polo GTI...

Quite alot has been done since then. I will add all the pics I have as I go along. ..

This was the 1st time I saw her. It was traded in here at work. I work at a BMW dealer.

A pic of my Polo and the Audi...

So after taking it home, 3 days later I had trouble with it. At 3000rpm the power would just die. So to cut a long story short, I replaced the HPFP as the N276 was cracked and the piston tip was toast. The follower was also worn so it was replaced. 6.6bar fuel filter and RS4 valve was fitted... eventually the main cause was a worn cam follower lobe on the intake cam...

After the fueling issue being sorted I loaded Unitronic Stage 2 software, flashed by Yosh at Dark Artz Performance. I had the downpipe fabricated before the map was loaded. Its a custom downpipe fabricated by my mate Nishen at TMSS Motorsport.

Rides thread continued. .

Absolute flawless craftsmanship!!

Shortly after doing all this the cluth started slipping with the extra power. So I pulled the gearbox quick here at work one evening and fitted a new clutch kit. ..

Then a few more small things were done....

New snub mount vs old rubbish

Joey mod the headlights

Blacked out grille

Eventually did a dyno run on normal pump gas, made 230whp.... very chuffed....

Custom induction that I made and painted tappet cover...

More pics to follow this evening... loads to upload...

Thanx Allan... uploading these pics through tapatalk... will try upload them again. .. stupid net work lol

So I decided to respray my mag wheel center caps, as they were peeling badly... changed the chrome bits too

Heatsoak has been a problem for me and the twin cooler setup was just not cutting it. I had my fmic from my polo (550x180x65) so I decided to fit it in the Audi. My mate at TMSS Motorsport also did the boost piping for me...

Car feels much better now. Also adjusted the actuator a tad... its like a different car now....

that's some tasty pipe work with the new cooler forgot these cars have a smaller intercooler in each wing

the smaller coolers were not bad to be honest. But for my future plans they will not cut it

A few pics from our VW club night photoshoot...

Still waiting for a few more oics to come from our photographer... will post them as soon as I get them...

Thanx for looking!
