Lights on buzzer.

Hmm - it's stopped buzzing. Thoughts please on likely cause? Location?

Assuming your door is shown open in the DIS and the interior lights come on etc?

As above and you could try a car breaker for a spare to replace yours...........must be a common speaker through the VAG range, but dont quote me on that

Output test shows 'gong' not working.
Looks like the dash has to go to BBA....

It's an easy part to remove and replace the dash speaker. Follow the guide in the thread posted above, 'A4 Avant electrical problem' It took me about 35 mins all in all.

Kite can I ask how you did your output test for the gong? Which control module did you select and how?

Output test in done in 'instruments' module with VCDS.
