Easy 
open bonnet, remove the 4 screws on the top, you sorta punch out the middle and then the plug removes itself, then use a philips screwdriver to remove the two screws from the bottom (underneath the car).
The get one side near the wheel arch and gently pull it outwards, the clips will release and you can pull the whole bumper off.
It's a bit unnerving the first time you do it though!!
