2016- A4 B9 led taillight retrofit

Hello All!
I bought led taillight for my car (A4 B9 8W 2016) with standard bulbs.
I' m going to buy new wiring for this, but is absolutely necessary buy Ku...tec kit in order to make codification or is possible to perform it by our self with obd11?

Do anyone made this retrofit?
