2010 Audi A3 2.0tdi remap and exhaust info

Can anyone help me out with the best place to get a remap on an Audi A3 140 tdi. I’m in Dumfries in Scotland. Just going for Stage 1. Also I have been wanting a bit more noise from my exhaust but have read about the dpf delete but is that a good idea now a days with all the fuss over them being tampered with? Just some good info would be handy thanks
