2008 Audi A4 Indicator Flashing Fast on Dash

I've upgraded bulbs for back lights the 2 inner rear, to led bulbs I now have the indicator flashing fast on dash, there is no bulbs out, what could it be, there is no fault showing on dash or Diagnostic tool. I've coded out the bulb errors for the led bulbs, I also have a fault 03389 (Data Set Implausible) idk what that is would that be a problem or is their any codes to code it to flash slower

I have exactly the same problem, but I can't found an answer either. Surely someone must have an answer.
