right, ive had my cam chain and tensioner changed, new oil pick up and it sill sounds like a diesel when warm, its fine when cold only Becomes apparent after a short run to warm up. I know these engines are noisy but my mates is a lot quieter, just the usual tfsi sound. Any ideas?

Whats your mileage compared to your friends?
I found my 98k s3 is noisier then my mates facelift on 42k...my cam chain tensioner is fine too.
