Looking after the AJM engine

So I finally worked out that I have the AJM engine rather than the afn - It has 140,000 miles on it - is there any things I should be doing to look after it? I do oil changes at 7 k and use oil that is 505.00 standard.

AJM is a PD engine, it should be running 505.01 or 507.00 oil.

Thanks, I have just done a change using the 505.01 but hd done the previous one using the 505.00 so I'll get it right from now on!
