Awesome gti 2.0 tfsi coil pack adapters

Without reading through all of the 7 pages in that thread again I think it turned out that if you have push down coilpacks then they will fit snuggly and you don't really need them- but with the bolt downs they are recommended.

I'll be getting the not so bling OEM ones that were recently discovered in that thread. Better to be safe than sorry IMO - and for the sake of a tenner it's worth it.

If you want adaptors just get OE ones at less than 2 quid each...

I dont understand the "bling" of an un needed adapter?
I think i will be going for the OEM items when and iff i swap to the TFSI coils.
If i do i think it will be after i replace the coilpack wiring harness.

A coil pack adaptor is hardly bling, is it?
I bought mine from Awsome on there last Black Friday at a good discount. The VAG adaptors where an unknown to me when I bought them. I agree with you that they are not needed but they're not going to break the bank either.
