oil temperature sensor location??

Hey all

My oil temperature has stopped working on the dash and the orange sensor warning light is on in the middle of the dash too. Im looking to get one and replace it myself but was wondering if anyone could point me as to where this is located in the engine bay?? and is it easy to get to/change?? its on an x reg b5 1.8t

Pretty sure it's on the top of the oil filter housing below the intake manifold, best access to there is undoing the screws that hold the coolant tank and moving the tank out of the way

If you have a digital clock, its part of the sensor in the bottom of the sump.

Forgot about that, yeah on an x plate, should be in the sump, remove under tray and you should see it
