Hey Folks,

The owner wanted to spruce up his E92 coupe with a protection detail with a slight bit of enhancement, well he came to the right place! So we start with a very dull and tired looking BMW.

Interior was especially neglected

The exhaust had seen better days.

Wheels were tackled first using Espuma Wheel Cleaner, tyres and arches were cleaned via Megs APC.

All shuts were cleaned via the Kranzle

Lights, grilles, badges etc were soaked in Megs APC

The car was then snow foam to loosen debris & dirt, we used AF Avalanche

Did a great job lifting lots of the dirt

This was then left to dwell for 5 mins, whilst we prepared the 2 buckets, Megs Shampoo Plus was used

Car was then thoroughly washed, making a massive improvement on when we started.

It really makes alot of difference using 2 buckets

AS Tardis was used on the car, it didn't suffer badly from tar, but there was enough present for us to get rid of.

Car was then bought inside for claying using Megs Clay & Megs Last Touch, the car was averagely contaminated.

The car was then dried, and we used Amigo on a LC Glaze Pad which went from this

To this

The paintwork was looking far better then when it arrived

The interior was cleaned, hoovered

The exhaust was cleaned with Autosol, 00 grade wire wool & Mothers polish

Wheels were finished with collinite, tyres dressed with Blackfire, Vics Concours was the LSP of choice for today. Here are some finishing shots.

So there we have it, if you are looking to improve the paintwork on your vehicle, then you know who to call.

Any comments welcome.

Thanks N8

N8, it looks like a different car. Hope the owner was chuffed and you booked him in for a Pre summer spruce up.

May have missed this, which compound did you use to restore the paintwork and whats your polish / wax of choice and how many coats did you put down. Some good results though bro
