Putting this to an open forum section (non-model specific) as i need as many Audi Veteran's to input as possible and not just people who own the specific models.
I have heard a few rumours that the MK1 TT and the MK1 S3 are built from the same chassis and share a few similarities. What i want to know is if there are any interchangeable parts between the TT and the S3. It's mainly interior parts that i am referring to, as i would like to make a hybrid of the TT and S3 - to make it my own
For example, i wish to put a TT glove box lid (with alloy handle) into my S3, but the opening handle/mechanism looks different, although the glove box lids appear to be same size and shape to the dash's. Maybe even the full glovebox can be swapped over, possibly easier?
Anything else that may be interchangeable between these models, please feel free to post
