fitting 3 door votex side skirts

i've recently got a set of votex side skirts, they didnt come with instructions or any hardware for fitting, after doing some research i found out that alot of people have had the same problem receieving just the skirts. 2 spacers should of come with the skirts to help mount them to the car, has any one had the same problem? really wanted to get these on in the next couple of weeks! :s

i got them off ebay, i was checking every day for months for a set, their dead rare to find nowadays.
