What do I need to retrofit DIS to my A6

Hi I have a 2002 a6 2.5tdi multitronic what do I need to retrofit the DIS to my car is it simply the instrument panel and the stalk ? Or are there any other items? Can I use a second hand set of clocks ive seen some on eBay

I'm still in the process of doing a retro fit of DIS on my 1998 A6 C5.

So far I have wired up the stalk controls, thats just a case of matching up the colours on a bit of harness from the stalk and the IC, I now need to find a consumption signal (for mpg, range ect), then I need to re-wire some of the signals from my 8pin connector to the 20 pin, outside temp, brake warning etc.
