Hi, just recently bought my first Audi, a 2001 S3 and have a couple of little bits i need advice on from any Audi veterans out there.
Firstly, i have a black leather armest cover where the leather is in perfect condition but one of the hinges has snapped and not having much success with gluing it at the moment. Is it possible to remove the leather part from the plastic base and swap it?
Secondly, a previous owner has replaced the bose head unit with an Alpine single DIN one but the plastic surround fits like a bag of sh#t so wondering whether there was an A3 that came with a single DIN stereo that i could rob a genuine surround off?
Any info would be much appreciated.
