Evening all,
I have a 2003 A4 Avant Quattro (1.9) that has just started to make a weird noise.
It is coming from the alternator/pas pump/air con area of the engine bay.
The noise is a dull rattle sound, and is only apparent at idle. Even with the smallest amount of throttle the noise goes.
Perhaps it is related but the PAS has become noisey when turning at low speed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
