Window closing via remote stopped working??

After installing puddle lights on my saloon 2.5tdi 2003 my window closing/opening via the key fob has stopped working. Any ideas why? Cheers.

I would try a window re-set from the door switches.

If your convenience module is unplugged from it's power source or the battery disconnected then Auto-closure needs resetting as indicated by Kite.
Simply fully open and fully close each window in turn making sure you go to each limit of window travel - then auto-closure should work again OK.
