Rear bushes,how long to change ?

Hi got audi a3 1.8t 1999 agu,been told by a friend who works for audi my rear bushes need changing,whats the time on this for the pair,is it worth buying cheap ones,upgraded ones or standard ones let me no thanks alot.

cheap ones, upgraded ones or standard ones all depends on how you want your car to ride i.e stiffer or not. upgrading to poly will firm up your ride with less play.

Well changed mine in about 4hrs. removal of rear axle out with the old, in with the new then put in back together den bleed brakes. A garage with a ramp should take 2/3 hrs I'm assuming.
