I know it's been asked before, but I think my standard one is on it's way out as it's starting to make fluttering noise.

So my question is do I go for an After Market Diverter Valve? Or Uprated OEM off a TT etc..?

Also makes and prices in the recommendations would be good.

Cheers /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif

For performance go for OEM - ~£30
For reliability go for forge FMCL007P - £75
For both go for Forge FMDVR - £110

Excellent I take it you sell the Forge ones?

Do they make any extra sound? Also can you get them in black for the OEM look?

Rich answer your phone LOL.

I've left you an answer phone message for you to ring me back.

Forge FMDVR from Rich. I like the sound of having better performance with reliability.

Should go well with my Carbonio Cold Air Intake that's on order /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

What one have you got HTC?

I went for the piston type, so I could mess around with the springs etc.

The FMDVR comes with spare diaphragms and also different spring so you can tune it to your needs.

AFAIK that one wasn't available when I bought mine tho.

Got a new car coming next week, and I'll need another DV for that motor, so I'll probably try the diaphram one on that.

I'll have both then!

The girlie wanted a saloon type car as she has had a promotion recently. Part of her job requires taking work collegues out to audit sections of her company. She's a bit embarrased taking managers out in her Polo.

I perswaded her to go for a 1.8T A4 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

She's been doing a bit of reading and wants it chipped already before even getting it!!

Good girl! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
