How to remove front door

Can't figure out how to remove the O/S front door. Having great difficulty considering it's bent and won't shut properly. Any tips?

arent there two large torx screws that hold the hinge onto the side of the door?

There are two torx screws in the bottom hinge which both need removing. On the top hinge is small black cap that needs pulling off to reveal a 7mm bolt, loosen or remove the bolt. You need to take off the interior trim in the footwell thats held in with two phillips screws and disconnect the electrics behind. Feed the cables and plugs through the hole in the a pillar then lift the door upwards and off she comes.
