1.8t A3 quattro shortened drop links rubbing oem knock

I have a '99 1.8t quattro a3 on AP coilovers and as the title says shortened fk drop links pulls the arb too far up and it rubs on the drive shaft but the oem are too long and knock against the wishbones, the coilovers are set at 6 threads from the bottom. Anyone else had this problem or know how to help? Got the oem ones on at the moment but the knocking is really starting to p**s me off, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

i have OEM on mine without the car being lowered and mine knock on the wishbone... had it since i had the car... i just put my music on.... loud lol
