Don't moan about the glovebox quattro badge. When my A4 turned up it didn't have one... or the one on the front .... or the rear .... or ****** quattro at all ! :wacko:
I had this effect on my TT with Millteks (as did many other owners). I also had it to a smaller degree on my Millteks on the S4.
They obviously use stretchy stainless ;)
Oh and get AA 5 star cover or the equivalent.
When I errrrm "failed to complete" a lap, it was a life saver as I got a loan car to get me home, costs covered etc. My car was also then shipped back for repair. For the small premium, it was well worth it.
Go careful with insurance. If you're not covered then trackday insurnace won't really help unless it's specific to the 'ring. What I mean is most trackday insurance covers you car. The 'ring is a public road and hence you need for 3rd party cover which ost trackday insurance doesn't give. If you...
I'm certainly not a fan of over badging cars...but leaving that to one side, my opinion on the lights is they look 100% chavtastic.

Don't forget to check that the small print on your insurance doesn't exclude "derestricted toll roads" or such things.
You really don't want German plod throwing the book at you for driving without insurnace!!

You do have to drive them differently. The weight up front means you need to get the nose tucked in but having torsen instead of haldex does allow more predictable early power application.
A small light car will always beat a big heavy one on very tight bits.
