    I managed to do it for a lot less than you'd think actually, I know what you're sayin about a spotter, that's why I insisted on the power rack, I know it's not quite the same as a spotter but it does mean I can go to failure

    Yeah, the problem i'm having is finding the cheapest and best way to go about it- dvd- download- new disk- It seems that every time I go on the site it offers a different suggestion Was hoping those who had physically done it could say how so that I could copy them!!!

    Like I say, my motivations ok now- I work really random shifts so always struggled with routines and going to a gym I now have a 3-4 day split and I basically roll out of bed into the gym- Saves so much time, I love it! Just gotta get my sky routed down there and i'll never leave!
