Some excellent suggestions guys, also been advised to restrict the amount of fuel to put in (i.e. one tank fill per week/2 weeks) then you are forced to drive smoothly to keep the MPG up. And when the Mrs is with me i'm almost a completely calm driver, it's just when it's me on my own lol.
