If you take the anti shudder valve off and take the side cover off it you will see plastic gears. They are common fault. They could be worn and slipping

Just read this again and this pressure differential you are on about is getting me thinking. Should the flap move with the revs? My flap only moves to shut the engine. There is no movement that i can see when engine is revving

If you get a long spanner you can take tension off from underneath the car and there is a hole you line up to put a pin in to hold it in that position. If you look at new one you can work out where pin goes. I used allen key for pin. Im wondering if its possoble to change with just moving the...
