Mines gone. After 30 months, 21,500 miles with average 21.9mpg or just over £6k in fuel cost (not that I care but am a geek who likes stats). Loved every minute. Awesome car and apart from an annoying rattle from the trim in the rear was faultless.
Moved onto a Porsche 911 Carrera S (992)...
I would take it in and ask if they can do anything. I’ve had B8 S4, 8v S3 and now have a B9 S5 all with SS Seats and all had creases like this. S5 passenger seat looks about the same after 5000 miles. But, it’s your car and if you are not happy say so.
Looks like the guaranteed value has dropped also. My 3 year quote in June had £26130 after 3 yrs and 30k miles. Latest on the Audi site is £23632 for the same term and miles.
Looks as if they are taking the £2500 contribution off of the final value. I guess it could mean monthly payments could...
Service, Maintenance and Tyres over 27000 miles/3 years. When I had my S4 I had 3 sets of tyres plus front discs and pads all covered by the package so was well worth it. S3 probably broke even. as they say, horses for courses. As a way of budgeting it works for me. I believe you can cancel mid...
I had complete for my s3. £34 per month over 3 years. All in all I think it was worth it. 3 services, brake fluid, Haldex oil not and set of tyres. Had it on my S4 and now my S5. For me a good way to budget.
I tend to use v power, have done so on last 3 cars.
Have had S4, S3 and current S5 and never really bothered with running in at all and not had any issues whatsoever, but then I tend not to drive it like I stole it as if I break it it's my hard earned cash down the pan!
Meant to say. I did the same with my son's used A1. Took HP finance as it had free servicing and then paid it off the following week and kept the service plan.
I took delivery of my S5 Coupe in June. I agreed to take the PCP because of the £2500 allowance and overall I saved 13.5% (ordered in January).
A week after I took delivery I phoned Audi Finance and told them I wanted to settle the agreement. They calculated the interest to that point (about...
First year tax is different to year 2 onwards. First year based on co2 band.
From year 2 to year 5 it's £140 (flat rate for all cars registered from April 17) plus £310 is original price was > £40k. Reverts to £140 therafter
I think they are just diluting the brand with the push to make the RS more mainstream as the margins may be much bigger. Perhaps they have a new halo range in the pipeline where they can extract a few grand more for exclusivity? Mercedes are doing something similar with AMG and BMW likewise...
Complete covers all servicing, maintenance like brakes, wipers, fluid top up, brake fluid and first MOT plus tyres. Had it on the S3 and S4 before that and has always been worth while.
Sparky. Why should you clean their car? Assuming you are going in tomorrow get them to clean it! Seriously, if that's how they hand out a courtesy car to a customer who's has been inconvenienced the way you have what would you expect in terms of the care and attention they would give your car?
Had one on mine and added as an option on my S5 Coupe. Was initially going to go without because it did creak and rattle - had to take it in 4 times over 3 years for adjustments and greasing up!
Not sure if Audi are simply managing supply of certain models? That said I ordered my S3 in Sept 2013 and it arrived mid Feb 2014. Similar experience with my S5 which was ordered mid Jan and had a build date of 15 May.
i think manufacturers are pushing sales targets up but can't meet the...
