    Great post Dave, that's consistent with my experience (GTI), agree with everything you've said, except this part: Ferodo 2500 pads in rear do make a big difference too. OEM or better rotors will be ok, but def go Ferodo pads in the rear ;)

    hey guys, who sells the cheapest KO4 001 in the uk? I've got an APR chip so if I get the APR KO4 001 upgrade kit, the software is free. but their ****** kit costs 1200 BP. If I buy my on KO4 001, the software is much cheaper (but not free).:(

    Almost certain one of the ABS wheel sensors is faulty. Find an Audi/VW mechanic with VAGcom diagnostic equipment. It should pick up the faults/codes and identify which sensor is faulty.
