Hi all. I’ve had a fault pop up in the last few days that cleared and came back. Does anyone know the part code for the exhaust pressure valve circuit and if it’s easy to replace.
Thanks Adi
Hi. I had glow plug fault come up a few months back on 2016. I had them all changed just to rule out anymore issues. The sensor was left as no fault was showing. A few months later it came back wasn’t showing it was the pressure sensor but I changed it anyways was expensive around £170 fitted...
Car went in today they said it logged a fault on the haldex pump and there replacing it under warranty even tho it was running fine when I took it in lol. Its mapped too
Hi. I’m still booked in for this Thursday. But strangely it’s started running the back wheels again it been ok for over a week now I’ve launched it over and over it’s fine. When it was playing up 1st and 2nd was a waste of time. I can’t wait to see what they come up with when o take it in :-)
I’ve driven mine hard. And mines mapped but even so i think it’s the same system as off the s3 and golf R. They must be designed to take the punishment there meant to be fun cars. It’s just bad design that they say it’s a none service able filter. I’m booked in at Audi in 3weeks my car is crap...
Thanks lads it’s not booked in for a few weeks I might try a local garage if they will strip it down n clean it out. 1st there 3weeks before Audi could get it in
I’ve just booked it in with Audi today for 12 of December hopefully it’s something n nothing then, i did get haldex service done in March. And I’ve got around 18month warranty left but it’s been remapped for the last few years hopefully they don’t blame that they spotted it was mapped so had to...
Hi I think my pump might have gone just started to get wheel spin on front that’s never. Seemed as bad mines 2016 tdi it’s got extended warranty till 2021 but it’s been remapped for a few years which I’ve been open about with the main dealer. I had the haldex oil changed in March and chance they...
Cheers it’s been sweet since the 1st few weeks n the early smells was only noticed while driving hard around town. It’s always done 300-400 miles a week from new. And must have need the cobwebs blowing off I’ve not smelled out as obvious since but have smelt the regen when parking.
When I got it done a few months back I thought I only had a year left on the warranty, I brought it just under 12month old missed that it had 2years extended warranty [emoji51]. So I’ve got 3year left. I don’t drive hard often n I’m sure there won’t be any issues lol
I wouldn’t expect a repair related to the remap I’m quite an honest lad. I’d expect well over 100k before any issues I’d be out of warranty at 90k or in 3yrs. I had my old car remapped at 100k and didn’t have to do anything till slight clutch slip around 150k miles the after replacing the clutch...
I’ve got a a3 150 tdi Quattro. Had it remapped around 3 month ago to 196bhp feels fast and had no problems. That was by Dervtech in trafford Park Manchester

I’ve got just under 3 years left warranty n I’m getting the remap loaded up again in the morning. I’m just not sure how to handle the next time I’m asked if it’s remapped due software showing as incorrect again. Thanks for the reply
How do Audi handle customers when they know the car is remapped with warranty remaining ? Is every thing void or just the turbo. If my turbo goes I’m happy to foot the cost being my fault. I was asked yesterday and told them no it was flashed back to standard
