Sadly not :keule:
But then again I wanted Le Mans Blue and you cannot get this colour as part of the 'editions' package. Gone for LM Blue with Lemon Leather and the 18" alloys.
In the UK you can only get them in Black, Silver, Graphite Grey or Blue - other colours from the 3 series range are available but you have to stump up £2k as a special order.
I was very tempted to go the D3 route but the ended up ordering a 320d msport which arrives at the end of March.
First the good news, much to my amazement the Alpina D3 is on the company car list, the bad news is that it is £100 per month more than a 320d msport
I had a quick look in the Merc dealers at weekend and have to admit the sport version did look rather smart, plus they were more than happy to offer me a test drive whereas some dealers get a bit funny because it will be a fleet car and may not be sourced from them......
Yep an Alfa 159ti is also on my shortlist along with the new Merc C Class Sport. The one downside with the Alfa is that the Co2 is on the high side for a diesel
As others have said, if you value pure driving pleasure above all then choose the golf, for everything else i.e. interior quality, better coffee in the showroom, etc I'd go with the A3.
I thought car sickness was made worse by cars with softer suspension as they roll more causing more disturbance to the inner ear????
Perhaps it was just your gf's driving :)
Just out of interest what fuel i.e. vpower, etc do you normally stick in your car? Just wondered if that could account for the colour of your old sparkplugs????
