Thanks Buddy, yes it drops while in boost, I did remove the pump to check if i can't see anything. There is a small hole on top of the fuel pump and if i power up the pump there is a lot of fuel coming out of that hole.

Good day. I fitted a fuel pressure gauge and it looks like my fuel pump can't keep up. If i set my boost to 1.3 bar and n floor it the pump peaks at 4.5bar but drops down to 3.5bar and flat line at 3bar.

In the SA we also have a brand called Prolong. I think it is also in the UK not sure .The engineering shops complains about using additives like this as they are struggling to cut the cranks. It is to hard for the bit apparently.

Also check the clutch pedal switch. If that switch is faulty you will get hesitation between gear changes or hanging Rev .It's there to drop the revs for gear change as the throttle is electronic. Also check your egt sensor . like Badger mentioned .

Just an update so far. Hope all is well. Okay i managed to sort out the knock sensor error . All the wiring from your coils, sensors ,injectors speed sensor and egt is running in a harness just above the starter. From engine movement the wires rubbed against the starter and shorted to ground. So...

Tuffty I saw now wat i did with the original log file . I filtered one column wrongly and it scrambled all the fields. I only drive her on weekends so i will do multiple logs. Thanks again :nogarors4:
