Dealer says opposite, they are saying this WLTP thing and the way it is affecting new orders has driven demand up so discounts are low on stock

So my car got nicked in 2016, then new orders stopped and so I couldnt get my old for new order through insurance, then I got loads of flack here when asking about if fl would ever happen ... Now 2 years later, fully recovered I called my dealer. They say no new orders now :( Whats happening
