You'd need to fill the hole first, but could vinyl over the repair to hide it.

To be fair the Noggy is the nicest colour IMO. But I couldn't say no to the Avus as it was sooooooo cheap. Any colour would have done me to be honest.

Make sure ONLY OEM parts are used, not aftermarket parts. 2yr warranty on new OEM parts...
You should be looking at c£600 for a specialist including parts, labour and VAT.
TBH the V6 is a rubbish engine (NA) in terms of fuel consumption. Not much better than the V8 in fact.
You're never gonna be geting 28mpg other than a long m/way journey at 70mph.

I used MDM Technik to do the cambelt service on my RS4 - brilliant chap.
He used to be a technician for Audi but is trained on Bentley's etc.
He's got a good reputation on SRS forum...
Why do you want to do it?
Taking out the pre-cats is fine and makes a performance gain, also doesn't affect emissions re MOT.
Taking out main cats makes further performance gains, but means it's likely to fail it's MOT.
I've done both, and will have to get sorted at next MOT...
Will try and find some more. I have some other pics of it somewhere.

If wraps weren't so damned expensive (comparatively) I'd have this done myself...
