I had BKN engine with a Darkside ball bearing turbo lasted 7 months and dropped to bits asked about warranty said not covered modified part very poor service.
Speak to bobby Singh he got 416bhp out of mine in the end was a lot of hard work but worth it.

Oh noooo not a Darkside unit you’ll wish you’d never fitted it bobby rebuilt my Darkside unit after it failed after 7 months and spent many many hrs like myself in wasted hrs swapping turbos and setting them up.

Only ever done them on a 2 post lift you can get box out in about 2hr 20mins
It’ll be hard work engine and box out splitting air con and water pipes and all front end off.
Pity you wasn’t a bit closer I’d have lent you a lift for a few beer tokens [emoji2369]

Ye if aux belt gets well worn on the ribbed side through to canvas they normally start to slip and make a noise for a short time.

As above (bobby) careful what you buy some sellers will sell you anything and when it doesn’t work right blame the mapper or say you have wrong supporting mobs I’ve been bitten badly before

With above spring compressor which I’ve got take bottom shocker bolt out to give you a bit more flex approx 30-45 mins per side can do it with wheel on car just watch the bottom plastic guard that keeps the dirt out of the bottom of the spring

Ye standards are a longer spring I’m in the trade £60-£75 per spring is the normal on rear A4’s A6’s buy good quality they do last [emoji106]

The front bumper off put front panel into service mode longer bolts and it pulls forward about 50-70 mm but it would still be a good 4 hrs I’d probable quote 5 hrs myself for any seized bolts or problems [emoji106]

I thought the rear bearings was the same as front on a Quattro don’t quote me on that.
But ye SKF or FAG fit cheap fit twice.

You used to be able to buy an actuator that was coded I did for mine about 2 yrs ago swap them over set it up and away you go think the actuator on it’s own coded was £180 plus postage it came off e bay company down south did them

Yes wiring loom in rubber boot done an A3 and A4 in last 3 weeks like is said be careful about 7/8/9 wires inside it good luck.
