Detailed The Engine Bay

Trying to keep busy so I thought I'd tackle the engine bay. It wasn't too bad to start with but after I lifted the black plastic around the bottom of the windscreen it was a different story.

A lot of debris from the Autumn had got stuck in there without me knowing. Gave it a good clean out, glad I found it looks like a trap for water eventually.

Anyway here are some pics:

Thanks, I used a bottle of diluted APC 10:1 and a detailing brush, gave it a good going over before drying and gathering the muck with a microfiber towel.

After it was dry I used some G303 Aerospace protectant to dress the plastics, probably spent an hour doing it.

After I’d owned mine @ 6 months a mouse has nested by the battery terminals in that space. Little swine chewed through the alarm cables though, cost me £400.

Looking nice that - I did mine during lockdown as well
