Hi everyone

whats the latest recommendation for brake pads for the lcr brembo calipers? I have standard brembo just now and they aren't great when you stamp on them at high-ish speed, so looking for something with a bit more bite but still suited to daily/road duties.

also would you suggest upgrading the rear pads as well?

cheers

I’ve got tried and tested Ferodo DS2500

Mintex 1144 are a very well respected pad choice. As for the rears I dont think anyone really bothers upgrading them for a road car, as long as there not worn & all is working as it should I dont really see the point in going further than stock pads & discs

I agree, I have M114s all round and the fronts made a big different on the Brembo brakes, they are very good.

I Run DS2500 all round , with the brembo jumbo front kit , reliable, predictable , cold friction must be ok, passes the mot and handbrake , rear ...disk wear , looks ok too
