2014 s3 whistling noise 1500 to 2000rpm

Hi there, my 2014 s3 has a whistling noise when accelerating, around 1500 to 2000 rpm, the sound is a bit annoying but there is no loss of power, less whistle when car is hot. Also there is a bit fluttering sound as well. Please see the videos to see the noise. The fluttering sound is at 13 second. Any ideas is really appreciated. Thanks

First one could be the gearbox since it follows the revs but I can't tell you if it's normal or not.

The second video sounds like the dumb valve letting out air. Nothing unusual about this. After I modified my intake the same sound has been much more pronounced on my car.
 
Mine 'whistles' on the motorway a little but I'm used to it now, no loss of power or anything
 
Hard to tell but probably the dump valve.

I hate stuff like this though. on one of my old 4wd cars there was something wrong with the transfer box which made it sound like a nest of cuckoos cooing under the drivers side footwell

Thanks, both sounds were not there, has been to a few mechanics and they can't find anything...
