cant seem to find the part number for rear diff oil on the s3 8l
Looked online but somewhat confused myself...
Anyone know the part number and quantity ?

What oil you after? the actual diff oil or the haldex oil?

Diff oil tuffty, I’ve done the haldex and filter but want to do gearbox/front diff in which I have 3 litres of G052171A2
But I’m unsure of which oil code for rear diff?
 
Gearbox and rear diff will need different oil dude... gearbox needs a GL4 spec while rear diff needs GL5 spec...

I have used Comma 75W90 in my box..

And have some Fuchs Titan Sintofluid 75W80 GL5 spec stuff I have lying about from when I was going to fit a replacement diff

Yeah the oil I have for gearbox is from TPS and checked part number against 7zap
But on 7zap there’s 2 potential part numbers for original diff oil ? Like in my photos attached ? I think it’s G052145S2
Just need someone to confirm and tell me how much quantity is needed ?
 
G052145S2 is correct and it takes just over 1ltr

Before you drain it check you can undo the filler plug!, don't use a torque setting to tighten the plugs do it by feel
