Hello everyone !! Just been driving today around LONDON, very slowly traffic, "typical London" and recently I had my car serviced with oil change and oil filter.... "quantum oil", and I have this problem when driving slow with oil pressure warning light showing in dashboard!! When driving over 50 mph its gone! Any ideas what should I check?? Currently driving a4 b7 2.0TFSI quattro s-line special edition BUL engine. 123000 miles on board.

I did a search after i post the problem and I have a conclusion which is my engine didn't change in anything like any strange noise or loss power , i still drive another 85 miles on motorway over 60 mph and nothing. Still old same direct injection engine.
Yeah but if pressure is low you are causing more damage by driving it.
Bearings, turbo, crank, camshafts etc all rely on adequate oil pressure

Many thanks for reply to my thread. But for me something doesn't add to my issue! It's should stay on all the time the warning light "oil pressure " why just when driving on 10 up to 20 mph... is that could be oil pressure sensor?
It could be the sensor but with it being do consistent I would guess not.
My oil pressure light came on below 3000rpm 500miles after I changed the oil pump, I figured the pump pressure needed adjustment and carried on driving. 75 miles later that block had 4 holes in it.
Your car might be fine but I would get it checked to verify
