Boot not opening HELP!!!!

Hi I have tried asking before ... I have a problem wit my boot not opening I have changed everything on the boot and had vag com on it .... everything is showing as working and have live to were it should be but it still don't open off the key or the boot switch .. just don't know where else to look .. have even tried reprogramming the key ... can anyone please help me ......

Not sure if this is helpful but have you checked that the latch is in the right place on the adjuster plate. I had awful trouble with mine a long while ago and it turned out to be the latch had shifted downwards. Worth a try perhaps?
