Coolant and oil level

Hi I have an 18 plate A4 1.4 on lease and was wondering on how many miles did people have to top up their coolant and oil level. I've done just above 8000 miles and the coolant level is below minimum on the box and the oil level is getting to minimum as well just wondering if this was normal as I have never had to top these up before on a new car.

All the Audis I've owned have been partial to a tipple of oil up to around the 25k mark. Coolant however is something else - that shouldn't need topping up, ever. I'd ask the dealer to top it up - the coolant additive has an anti corrosion component, it's not just water.
 
Just passed 4200 miles (car delivered on the 18th Jan. I keep an eye on the oil level indicator and it seems to fluctuate between full and three quarters. My previous two BMW's never needed topping up so hopefully this one will be the same.

I understand some oil consumption is normal (forget what the manual says) - however agree with cosmicblue - I would not expect to have to top up coolant (especially in a new car)
 
S4 is now 18mths (17.5miles) old. At 12 mths service, no oil drop. Recently, when mechanic installed the EBC's he topped up with 1ltr Liqui-Moly.
Like the vehicle to use some oil, but none, particularly in the first 12mths???
 
My RS4 B9 (2018) needs .75 litres at 2000 miles. Since topping up the oil level indicator has not moved and I’m now at 7500 miles.

I’ve got a March 2018 1.4. On 16000 miles and has not yet had its first service. Not due until I hit 20k. The oil did drop to 3 segments of the display above minimum so I topped it up with the oil they supplied in the boot. The coolant would be a concern. That should not be evaporating or dropping below minimum.......
 
I usually need 1 litre every 10,000 miles. I’ve never checked the coolant, I should probably do this some day.
