Just paid £232 for oil change at Audi dealer. Seems fair enough. I don't mind paying for this service, but from past experience they charge about the same for the 'inspection' service at two years which is basically them looking at a few things. Now thats a rip off...
It really is a rip-off, glad others see it that way also. Have a really good Indy I use. He would “inspect” each time the car goes. Including brake service. Do they give you a cost breakdown for £232. You should bring your own oil which I’m sure would bring the price down. Just search Quantum 5w30 it’s the OEM oil.
Does anyone know if a personal lease with VWFS does require you to use a main dealer?
I know I used the word valet but, to be correct, I should have said the car was well washed and hoovered, including taking out the carpet mats to hoover underneath them.Ouch, can be very expensive especially if they are anything like the valers our local dealerships use...
I wouldn’t let the dealer wash my car or those hand car wash for that matterI know I used the word valet but, to be correct, I should have said the car was well washed and hoovered, including taking out the carpet mats to hoover underneath them.
Yeah, I know what you mean and normally would agree with you, but the weather recently has been sh*t and my car was filthy and I am currently knackered with a gammy knee.I wouldn’t let the dealer wash my car or those hand car wash for that matter
